Why Are Propane and Butane Dangerous?

Fuel-burning appliances that use propane or butane create vapours that are heavier than air. If a leak occurs, these vapours will settle to the bottom of the pleasure craft. On a pleasure craft without a proper ventilation system, an explosion may occur.
