Skier-Down Flag

Vessel operators towing persons on water skis or other devices must carry and use a fluorescent orange skier-down flag that is at least 12 x 12 inches in size. The purpose of this flag is to indicate to other boaters that a person(s) is in the water near the vessel displaying the flag.
