Navigation Lights for Manually Propelled Paddlecraft

Manually propelled canoes and kayaks that do not have a motor usually are not required to exhibit the navigation lights that are required on power-driven vessels. However, these paddlecraft are required to carry at least one lantern or flashlight with a white light. The white light must be visible in all directions.
