eFoils and Motorized Surfboards

In Nevada, eFoils (also known as mechanically propelled personal hydrofoil) and motorized surfboards are classified as PWC. Because they are defined as PWC, the same rules of operation and life jacket wear apply to each of these vessels.

eFoils and motorized surfboards were provided an equipment exception. These vessels do not require a fire extinguisher to be carried upon them.
