Engine Cut-Off Lanyard

In Nevada, a person who owns or controls a motorboat that is equipped with an engine cut-off switch (ECOS) shall not operate the vessel above a flat wake speed if:

• The ECOS is missing, disconnected, or not operating properly or…
• The ECOS is not properly attached to the operator.
