Requirements Specific to Jetpack Vessels

In addition to adhering to all boating laws, these specific requirements apply to jetpack vessel operation in Maryland.

• Jetpack vessels must be registered.
• Jetpack vessels must have an engine cut-off switch (ECOS).
• Jetpack vessels must be accompanied by another vessel that is suitable for rescue. The rescue vessel must:
