Requirements for Renting or Leasing
No owner, agent, or employee shall rent, lease, or hire any vessel to a person under 18 years of age unless the person under 18 years of age:
- Has a Boating Safety Certificate showing successful completion of a boating safety course approved by the Harbor Master or…
- Will be under the constant supervision of a person at least 18 years of age who has completed an approved boating safety course successfully.
